Muslim Justice

My next trial date is January 15, 2009. There is now another new judge named Bashir Ullah in the trial court. The previous judge was recently promoted to the new position of High Court Judge.

Although my counsel Advocate Samarendra Nath Goswami and his team has very successfully proved that there is no substance to the case, the only point which makes me seriously concerned is a pre set mind of many people in the Muslim countries, who unfortunately hold anti-Semitic notions. On the other hand, media in the Muslim world regularly publish and broadcast anti Semitic thoughts. We have previously seen that judges were not free from such bad influence.

In fact, the government should have dropped the charge much earlier, as they repeatedly promised in doing so with a number of important figures in international arena, such as Congressman Mark Steven Kirk, US Congress, European Parliament and Professor Irwin Cotler, MP [Canada]. But, in reality, it is clearly proved that the government simply wanted to buy time by making false promises with international community, thus putting me in suffering. On November 29, 2008 the fifth year of my sufferings passed. Now it is on the sixth year. I really do not know how many more years, I have to face such extreme adversity.

But, whatever the reason may be, my family and I have learnt to live in extreme adversity, by the Grace of G-d. We shall continue to fight our good battle against Radical Islam. And, one day, we shall win, with precious support of all of you.
