As Canada is probably the most multicultural country in the world, it would probably be too late for Canadians to adopt this type of legislation. Having said this as a Canadian, however, I believe that Canadians have the God-given right to live as Canadians and keep their heritage alive. Those who are fortunate enough to immigrate to this country should be proud to live under the cultural umbrella provided by the Canadians. As in any other country around the world, these immigrants should be required to adopt Canadian laws and customs while also being allowed to keep their own culture alive in their own homes.

I have a question for Dutch Interior Minister Piet Hein Donner: How does a country diplomatically create the framework to start the process to reclamation?
