Escalating Violence

Reader comment on: Abbas's Trap: The Big Bluff

Submitted by JohnMacArthur, Oct 3, 2015 15:07

The blame for the recent escalation in violence can be firmly laid at Abbas' door. The sheer mendacity of his 'working for peace' rhetoric simply gave the green light to Hamas and their supporters. As a result, guns and knives have been used, innocents have died and there will probably be more to come.

No doubt the Israeli response will be robust. I fear for the safety of the city.
