Abuse of the word 'criticism'

Criticism is judgement; It considers the facts of something, and compares it against standards. A condemnation that's based on lies and distortions, and/or is made merely to throw accusations rather than actually applying standards, does not deserve to be called criticism. Doing so conflates the enemy's hate-spewing with legitimate discourse.
