So what is the alternative

Reader comment on: The Great Humanistic Delusion

Submitted by Don Thompson, Feb 20, 2017 10:43

So now that you have clearly laid out the flaws of western humanistic thinking, what is the alternative? Annihilation of Islam? WW III with Russia? I see no solution here (except more war), and also you appear slanted toward issues in the Middle East, which seems to me to exclude a lot of other people. You should lay out a plan, an alternative outside of your implicit support for more arms and war. Humanism is a philosophy that, if widely accepted, could lead to world peace. It is also a multi-generational effort. The Dalai Lama is on the right track here - you should read him.
