Would someone please explain why there are laws against "criticizing" Islam, but not against criticizing Christianity or Judaism? How did we arrive at that lopsided mentality? Could it be that Christians and Jews do not make the same demands for punishment for public offenses against their religions as do the Muslims?
This would be, of course, because of greater tolerance within Christianity and Judaism. Islam is well known to the world for its intolerance. Therefore, the laws should read that all religions are protected against public offenses or none at all. The law protecting Islam only is disciminatory and is a precursor to disaster.
How can Islamaphobia possibly be eliminated as long as adherents to Islam are allowed free rein in criminal activity without fear of prosecution? How are European citizens supposed to banish their fears when they witness the injustices being done to themselves "for Islam"?
