E.P. & France Knowledge Ban
Reader comment on: European Parliament Censors Its Own Free Speech

Judith, very powerful and most alarming article, thank you for writing it.
The European Parliament applauding Mahmoud Abbas on 6/23/2016 is more disturbing than the outright lies that he professed at that time. Giving accolade to a known and perpetual liar is incomprehensible to me...
Plus the fact that France has suppressed any distribution of offensive pictures (a la Marine Le Pen) is suppressing the distribution of knowledge.
The definition of knowledge as described by Plato specifies that a statement must meet three criteria in order to be considered knowledge: it must be justified, true, and believed.
Communicating knowledge, the transfer of the symbolic representation is one ascription process whereby knowledge can be transferred. Other forms of communication include observation and imitation, verbal exchange, and audio and video recordings. Consider this when viewing Marine Le Pen and her current situation.
This communication of knowledge outlawed in France and now being considered by the E.P. , the suppression of knowledge communication, is exactly what Islam and the Palestinian Authority want, to continue their quest for domination of all of the holy lands.
Why is it that Palestine, since its creation in 1988, can not live peaceably with Israel? Is it that it cannot (because of the religion of Jihad) or will not (for the same reason)? This is the knowledge that needs to be revealed "to the world" in any way shape or form of communication and not suppressed as in France and now possibly the E.P. itself...!
