Johanna Markind

Johanna Markind is both a writer and an attorney.She spent five years with the United States Department of Justice in Washington, D.C.. Prior to that, she was in private practice in Philadelphia and served as a member of the Criminal Justice Act Panel for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, representing indigent defendants in federal criminal cases. She has been published in the Wall Street Journal, the Forward, and the Federal Lawyer, among other outlets.
