Reader comment on: No Justice in the Netherlands

Mr. Wilders could be excused for becoming pathologically paranoid by now, since it is more than clear that the Netherlands' PC Liberal Stasi are setting out the chairs in their kangaroo courtroom in order to 'teach' him (and anyone else who dares to defy their pseudo-Soviet wisdom) a lesson. As I recall, this is not the first institutional insult that Mr. Wilders has been expected to tolerate. He was denied entry to the UK (as a serving European MP!) when one Lord Ahmad (of motorway death-crash fame) threatened to fill London's Parliament Square with (I believe) 10,000 Muslim protesters in order to stop Mr. Wilders fulfilling an invitation to address the UK House of Lords on the subject of Islam, although I believe he was able to fulfil this engagement at a later date. Sadly, Mr. Wilders has not been the only one in the UK to suffers this sort of witch-hunt. Our own Nick Griffin (ex-leader of the BNP) had the temerity to suggest that Islam was 'an evil and vicious faith' and consequently played the starring role in a UK court of justice for marsupials, narrowly missing a 7-year jail sentence when the jury made it clear that they were having none of this bent nonsense. Let's hope that decency and respect for democratic free speech prevails in Mr. Wilders' case.
