Trump's Appointment

Reader comment on: Does the Anti-Nepotism Statute Preclude Trump from Appointing Kushner?

Submitted by Juanita Skelton, Jan 10, 2017 17:44

I agree with Mr. Dershowitz' statement pertaining to the appointment of Mr. Kushner as advisor.
President Trump will need help from trust, not political gain. I think he makes a sound decision.
Insight on American Jewish thought is vitally important always, even if Mr. Kushner has never represented them.
Thank you, Mr. Dershowitz for helping me understand the "conflict of interest" part that resounds in this appointment.
As I read spurious accounts all over the internet, it is nice to read educated, experienced voices expound from reason.
One thing I have learned about my Democratic Party is that they are all bad losers. I try not to lose but I know "losing" quite well, and her twin sister, "defeat!" I always want to "lose" with honor and magnanimity. Sometimes, it is just so nice to "win"....however, you define it! I voted for Mr. Trump and lost my family. They call it "stepping over a line"! I want my President and my nation's people to prosper. I want Mr. Trump to be the best President WE, the PEOPLE, can make him...And I DO BELIEVE He needs US!
