And, it's to each to fulfil their responsibility for supporting and continuing the substance of the Declaration, which may be, and is, different from the resulting Constitution. Contrary to what is generally accepted, the Constitution is the after thought and is not the driving force from which we derive our being. While viewed as proper and good, the Constitution insufficiently provides the meaning and substance of what was attempted in the period up to 1776. Reply->
