You failed to mention the most important aspect to this story. Saudi funded mosques of the militant Wahhabi variety are largely responsible for the violent turn in the Swat valley. And as we all know, Saudi Arabia is the home of Sharia law. If you don't deal with Saudi Arabia, expect to see more countries suffer the same fate as Pakistan.
