How about funding a "first global English language news and information TV channel broadcasting worldwide from Israel.As a major global channel it will deliver up-to-date, accurate, balanced, independent depth analysis of breaking news and provide fast and comprehensive coverage of of Israel-related and international events as they unfold?"
