no go zones

I have run across the term no go zone in a few articles but after finding out today that there are 750 no go zones in France alone, I'm currently doing some more reading. In this publication, Gatestone Institute, there is an article from 2011 which stated that not only France, but Britain, Italy, Belgium, Germany, the Netherlands and Sweden all have them too. While enlightening, it is also chilling. I hope they are effective in cleaning out these entrenched areas.
I wonder if Dearborn, Mich. has this problem?
